To terminate the insurance contract, please contact the nearest regional branch of the Company in your city.

To have your application reviewed, you must provide:

a copy of your identity document;
copies of the documents required to confirm the circumstances giving grounds for terminating the insurance contract;

Article 841 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Insurance contracts are terminated early:

when the object of insurance has ceased to exist;
in the event of the death of an insured person who is not the policyholder, when no replacement has been made;
when the policyholder disposes of the object of property insurance, if the insurer objects to the replacement of the policyholder and the contract or legislative acts do not provide otherwise;
when the policyholder who has insured their business risk or civil liability related to that business ceases their business activity in the established manner;
when the possibility of an insured event has ceased and the insured risk no longer exists due to circumstances other than an insured event;
when a court decision on the compulsory liquidation of the insurer comes into legal force;
when the terms and information included in the compulsory insurance policy change;
in the cases provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Insurance Activity".
